First 2011 Race a Success
by Chris on Jun.14, 2011, under SCRC News, TracksideMX News

Thanks to all the Racers, Families and Motocross fans who attended the races this past weekend for the first stop of the series in Estevan at TracksideMX. We want to thank all the Racers…we had 200 Entries!!!! I think this is a record turnout. I want to send out a special thanks to Brian at McComb Auto in Estevan who generously donated a brand new 3″ water pump to TracksideMX to help us dry out the track in preperation of the track. A thanks to all the volunteers that flagged, worked the gate, signup and counted laps. I noticed a few racers helping picking rocks or watering at intermission such as Jason Loewen or Todd Hastings, I know there were more and we appreciate your help. Thanks to KRJ and CSC Ltd for the use of their heavy equipment to reface the jumps and build the new sections. We plan to have a new water pump setup for our irrigation system once the valley dries out. We apologize for the dust at the races but Mother Nature had her way with us. Thanks to M&M Meats of Estevan and Tamara Bloor for providing concession services for the event. We hope everyone had a great day and get well soon to those of you who had some bad luck saturday. I hope to have the race results posted soon.
June 11th Estevan SCRC Race Update
by Chris on Jun.09, 2011, under SCRC News, TracksideMX News
Hello Everyone
Saturday should be a good day of Estevan with an exciting new track layout with completely revamped front section, new start layout and new doubles. Just a few notes.
The track will be good but the Pit area is extremely Saturated!, therefore…..
-spectators must park up on entrance road
-large RVs and trailers watch where you drive, you will get stuck
-check with Trackside staff on where to park
Get to the track early, this is the first race and signup will be long lines for memberships and entry
We will try to find a solution for watering saturday as your pump station is under 6 feet of water in the valley.
Thank-you to M&M meats for providing food saturday.
See you at the Race
